Bidra med feedbackI go to this this location at least once a week, often twice--I am going today. When the manager (I think Luis) is there he always greets his guests enthusiastically. His customer service and professionalism is second to none. He will go to the limit to make sure your are satisfied. One time (because it's a rare occasion) the order was slightly off and he quickly and graciously corrected it. The neat thing is the staff--across the board--reflect Luis's ways. Some are on the youngish side and, unlike many establishments, they look you straight in the eye, smile, do mumble, are friendly and professional. While the service is great, the food is always excellent. I can count on it to be consistent, fresh, plentiful, appealing to the eye. The Habit is my go-to when I buy gift cards for my team as I am confident they will be well-served and content.
The burgers here are great, and I agree with the other posts that say The Habit is superior to In-N-Out Burger, but we did have to dump the fries on a sheet and finish cooking them when we got home. Most egregious, the teenager taking the order said, Our machine hasn 't been reading gift cards for a month now. She tried; a colleague tried to help her. Nada. All she could say is Sorry about that. Gift cards are supposed to be like cash. It 's unacceptable to be unable to enter a gift card manually. I can 't imagine In-N-Out refusing a gift card. The only reason I didn 't give this joint two stars is because the burgers are great.

The food is always great here. The last few times I've been in your cashier Elijah has been upfront working the register and this young man has such a great attitude and has been friendly and helpful while taking my order, great customer service!!
I had a coupon for the habit for a $5 charberger and went there tonight. Unfortunately they could not figure out how to honor the coupon and they refused it. Therefore we left. What kind of customer service is that?
