Peebee Jay's - Thousand Oaks

I visited this morning, only to be informed by a passerby that the restaurant was closed. I was surprised, as there was no indication of its closure on the door or online. I asked if it was just for today or permanently, and they replied that it was permanently closed. It’s disappointing, especially since the owner hasn’t taken the time to update their information on Google or Yelp. They didn’t even post a sign on the door to let customers know.

This is my favorite sandwich when I visit this place, and the date jam they add is absolutely delicious. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, and I think you can even customize your own. The portions of meat are generous, and the bread is consistently fresh. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit tricky during lunchtime since it’s located in a bustling shopping center with multiple dining options. If you haven't stopped by yet, don't hesitate to check it out! You won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is fantastic, but they always seem to be closed. Everything was fresh and unique. I highly recommend the turkey!

This business rocks! We hired them to cater a business lunch and everyone raved about the great quality and freshness of the sandwiches. This is a must try place. Healthy and delicious! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Turns out this location is temporarily closed, so the ordering website shouldn't of taken my order. I reached out to their other location in Port Hueneme. They kindly sent me my money back plus a gift card. I am changing my review. They always have great service and the manager took care of my issue. I recommend this place with pleasure. I hope the Newbury park location reopens soon, I'm graving a Cobbie Cobb or a chicken salad salad
