Farmer Boys - Thousand Oaks

I will never return to this restaurant. When I went through the drive-thru, the associate was rude and raised her voice at me on the intercom. I was then left waiting at the window for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. I decided to call for a refund, but the associate was dismissive of my concerns. Fast food should be fast, but this experience was anything but. They need to improve their customer service and decrease wait times for customers.

It's not often when you find a fast food chain where you have to ask them to cook your burger all the way. I've more often than not, get a pretty pink patty or 2. And the few occasions where it was actually cooked, it was pretty dry. So cook timing is something you really need to focus on. Don't be in a hurry to serve food when it takes time to cook. This probably won't be my go to choice when I am hungry. Consistency is what people like and I have not found that here. It's a little too expensive to be that big of a disappointment. I would rather pay a few bucks more to have a fresh ground and hand made burger. At least I could understand why it might be under cooked. So just address that situation. Explain in super lamen terms to your cooks... It's okay to COOK the food you are serving. Simple as that.

In a few simple words.i liked this place. My burger was good.felt like quality meat. Spacious dining room. Very clean.has salads. Breakfast all day.even dinners. I guess my one complaint would be price. $15 for a burger combo.Food: 4/5

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It wasn't too busy during lunchtime, and there is also a nice outside terrace. Overall, I would give the food a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

Delicious every time we visit. We like to go for lunch, and we love to enjoy their breakfast burritos, burgers, and chili cheese fries.
