Rude to customers who order online, no online tracking available for order, yet very corrective to how long you've waited and how long the place has had for the order to be prepped.

I ordered online my food was absolutely cold I live less than 10 mins from there.. I called in trying to explain that I wasn't trying to really trying to complain because I do not like to that.. I more or less was trying to let them know that my food was cold to maybe help them to improve in their online order area.. the owner was somewhat rude and not willing to allow me to finish what I was saying.. over talked me the whole time.. back in the days where courtesy was a thing owners would gladly accept anyone to advise/ideas or what not to improve their service but apparently this owner does not.. she had rather make an argument out of a simple phone call.. they do not hold online orders in any kind of warmer so good luck with ordering online and expecting hot food because that will not happen.. soo I would give them a 1 on a review I called in trying to be nice as I could until she caught an attitude.. obviously this is not the restaurant I will or would order from again.. needless to say Karen Reeser was a much better owner than this one and she will loose business with the attitude she has... word as of a tip that I left without being an inside customer that was wasted and future reference don't leave a tip.. maybe just maybe she needs to consider a warmer for her online orders because she will fail in striving to be a business...
Well the staff were ok, but when I asked to make a simple change, which was change the half to a whole hot hamburger, it was too late because it had already been paid... I asked to make the change before signing receipt! Why couldn't I pay the extra $2 and she simply tell kitchen of change? It was not like they already had meal prepared? I was the 3rd in line of getting order and had to wait 10 mins even with no change to order... I think they need to be more open to accommodating customers And the 60s vibe decor is outdated... It was nice 10 yrs ago when other restaurants were using but now it's time to move on
