Japon Rolls Bowls - Thornton

I thought the prices were good. But the sushi is very poor. I ordered a firecracker roll, eel roll, and shrimp tempura roll. The firecracker was my favorite (still disappointing), the shrimp tempura is soggy, and the eel was nearly inedible. Each roll significantly lacked in the protein. Also, the eel sauce is far too liquid, it contributed to the soggyness of the sushi. 3 stars because I haven't tried their bowls which from other reviews must be pretty good. I'd recommend you stay away from the sushi.

I lived in Asia for years, so I have been searching for a place with authentic tastes. Their bibimbap is delicious! The rolls are well made. I can't wait to go back.

The fried tofu bowl is amazing! My daughter loves the cucumber sushi and the beef bowl. Lots of gluten free options and we’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. I have celiac so very sensitive.

Delicious! My girlfriend and I decided to taste something new, as we are traveling through Colorado. We wanted something local, and man are we amazed. Excellent rolls and bowls. Spicy Beef Bowl, and Crunch California roll are my personal favorites. You won't go wrong. Excellent customer service too. Thank you!
