Papa Johns Pizza - Thornleigh

To whom it may concern, This is a 2nd order that was placed at these 2 locations for Pappa’s John! They take you money a your order with same voice, same girl she changing her name a she denies people service at Pappa John’s! She would not let us talk to the manager even after our she supposedly took our order in properly in which is obviously wasn’t done correctly! 10 PM is the cut off time for the carry out. Walked into the store at 9:50 pm. They will not take my order for carryout. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this family run location.

Took way to long, unprofessional not worth the wait...I hope to never have to go there again !

I'd normally order from Harford Rd but since I had a big Mo's Seafood order to pick up I figured what the heck... Worst Papas I've been to thus far. Ordered the Shaq pizza and a Philly Steak Papadia and they both were terrible. Missing half my crust half looked like thin crust and the other half looked like original also the pizza was cold I got there within 15m of Ordered time and my papadia had very very little steak I also asked for no ranch sauce and of course it was on there??‍I didnt check my food until i had made it home and i highly wouldnt recommend this location unless you just down care. If I could give them a 0 I would. Will never order from this location period

Called the restaurant after more than an hour passed and the tracking said the order had still not finished preparing . Spent 5 min waiting for a human, explained I needed an order status, then he put me on hold for 10 more minutes then came back and said a pizza needed to be remade and would be there soon . I asked for an actual time and he said um probably like 30 minutes. I asked if we could get a partial refund for it being more than an hour late and he replied it 's being remade, then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back hoping to talk to the store manager and couldn 't get a human on the phone at all for another 15 minutes. The food finally arrived about 2 hours after I ordered it, and was fulfilled by Doordash for some reason. Just atrocious customer service and pretty garbage food. Don 't order from here.
