Bidra med feedbackThis is located next to Sobeys and is an obvious stop for lunch or dinner or just to warm up on those cold Toronto days. It's fine without being memorable in any way though my family were more enthusiastic than I was about it.
My husband and I just visited D'Lites and enjoyed the food. My husband had a vegetarian omelette and I had salmon sushi and shataki mushroom sushi. Everything was really good and we'd be back for dinner again. Our one disappointment was the attitude of our server. He was efficient yet grumpy. Other than that we enjoyed our meal.
Fresh and tasty sushi every time. The Salmon Tartar is highly recommended. Sometimes service here can be slow but tonight it was great even though the restaurant was busy.
I used to dine here more frequently when I was observing kosher dietary laws, but I still visit every now and then. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable for a kosher establishment.
I had an onion soup which they just threw a slab of cheese on top of the croutons, without bothering to melt the cheese under a hot element. Then I had the salmon steak which arrived as if they had run out and gave me half a slice. I complained but the waiter did nothing about it. The owner/manager gave us a discount at the end which was a decent thing to do. Its Kosher and dairy which was good for me.
