Bojangles - Thomson

Worst place ever. I should have taken a clue from the 2 drive-thru customers that were forced to come in and get their order straight. First of all, they refuse to give you a recipt when you pay. Makes sense now. I placed my order for dine in andwaited 20 minutes. Went to inquire why it was taking so long and was told: Oh, it 's because all of our tickets got messed up . Instead of getting right to it, she puts it behind all of the other orders. Ridiculous! Meanwhile the whole crew was having agood time laughing about how they burned the tray full of biscuits- I 'm sure that would be delaying other orders. I had a planeto catch in Atlanta so I asked for a refund. I couldn 't wait any longer for them to get their !t straight. The cashiertells the manager- SHE WANTS A REFUND BECAUSE SOMEBODY TOOK TOO LONG OR SOMETHING. The manager responded I didn 't even knowabout her order. The cashier that TOOK OUR ORDER responded: Neither did I! WTH?

Traveling to GA and needed to stop and get something to eat so I stopped at this Bojangles. The staff was young but very professional and nice. They told me it was going to be a wait for the supremes and I told them that was okay. The manageroffered me a Bo berry biscuit for my wait. The food was fresh and hot.

We visited Bojangles in GA. The biscuits was so soft with no salt on the top just like I like them. The chicken wings was meaty and the sweet potato pies was delicious as usual. The whole experience was super.

I have been to this location twice in a week. Once on the way to South Carolina and once on the way home and both times I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken. It's a chicken place they should always have chicken ready. I left

Stopped to order 4 pc chicken supreme combo and breakfast sandwich combo with fries. Was told that it would take 5 minutes for the supremes and I said ok. Paid for my order and received my drinks and told to park and wait for my food to be brought out. 15minutes goes by with nothing. I went into the restaurant and the only person I see in the restaurant is gathering my order. Shestated that she had just gotten my supremes out of the fryer. She hands me a bag with my breakfast sandwich in it and continuesto prepare my supreme combo. I check the sandwich to make sure that it is correct and I place in back in the bag because it iscorrect. She hands me the supreme combo and I ask about the fries for my sandwich. She takes the bag with the sandwich andplaces it behind the counter and drops fries and disapprears into the back without saying a word.
