Popeye's - Thompson

Best burgers and hands down. So seasonal it must get before the fall. Make a trip to Thompson worth it.

Okay. I'm a guy who had more than a few burgers on my day, and that could be the best I had. The staff is friendly and friendly (unnecessary work at 37°C weather without AC). The portions are huge, the burgers are amazing, the drinks are icy cold, the view is beautiful. I can't say enough about this place! My wife and I went up from Winnipeg, and next time we come back north, Popeyes is an absolute break! P.s. I have the Wimpy Burger and small frits and a 7up, 10/10, would recommend and will be back.

Saw many Raves on Smalltown Manitoba Drive Inns on Facebook so I had to try it for myself. Had a Popeye Burger with Fritten. The best burgers and pommes I've ever had. 5 STAAT

If you're in Thompson in summer! Unfortunately closed in winter, but worth waiting.

Super good burgers and fries. Too bad it’s a seasonal restaurant. Definitely worth stopping to tank up.
