After paying at the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I assumed my order would be delicious, but I was really let down. The meat in my burger was ice cold. I considered asking to return it, but I was concerned that someone in the kitchen might retaliate. The staff member who handed me the food didn’t even look at me, which added to my frustration. I had ordered two Big King sandwiches with extra cheese and two burger patties, but they didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, I spent around $11.00, which felt like a waste since the burgers were not prepared as I requested. It feels like there is a serious issue with food safety at this location. Eating cold beef patties can pose health risks, and I know there have been reports of food poisoning at fast food places that may have stemmed from similar issues. It’s crucial for establishments to serve food hot and safe. For a satisfying meal, we expect hot fries and hamburgers with melted cheese—whether you want cheese or not. I hope Burger King takes these issues seriously because consumers deserve better. Fast food should be convenient and enjoyable, and currently, that’s not what I experienced. Thank you.
