Mcdonald's - Thibodaux

Unbelievably rude and lazy staff. Whenever you try to order, the woman on the headset cuts you off and barely listens to what you said. I ordered breakfast online 20 minutes before breakfast ended, and they waited that whole 20 minutes to avoid making it. They also admitted they don't even start making it until after you show up, and they throw away all the breakfast items at 10:30, so there's no point in ordering online because you're still gonna have to wait that whole time. On top of that, they didn't even get the order right. Don't waste your time coming here. None of the employees know what they're doing.

The chicken nuggets had obviously been fried twice. I've been here before, and the food was great. This is my first bad experience.

The staff was very friendly and personable. Service was very efficient.Kid-friendliness: Great little play place. The grandkids enjoyed themselves.

Food was fast and fresh. Mostly smiling faces. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Love the kid friendly toys that come inside the Happy meals.

It's McDonald's...you get what you pay for. Been waiting for over 5 minutes for a mobile app order and get asked what by a female employee as I'm waiting for by the window
