Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I went to Woodlands' place for a late lunch. we were greeted with a smile and immediately sat. I hesitate to call our server because she treated us as if we were old friends. she was cheerful and friendly and often checked us. the choice of food was full and abundant. the grill cooks cooked everything according to our specifications and it was amazing! it's been 3-4 years since we've been in a genghis grill, and all aren't the same. we talked to the shift manager and added our experience. I cannot wait to go back! many thanks to employees and management for a wonderful experience!
The store manager is always rude and always argumentatiw, even if they are the ones that make the mistake. he does not try, she and my wife and I are faithful customers, and this is very unacceptable for a branch manager. the personal was great and very real, it is just the terrible customer service that the store manager gives that they do not want to come back
Had a great time with my man. the margaritas were delicious and the dishes are so good. we tried the Korean bbq meatballs as an appetizer and loved them. zane was great! his personal and customer service skills were refreshing! getting a great server/bartender like him is rare.
That was one of the most disappointing experiences I had in one. I start with the only good thing at this place: the server. he was very attentive and made sure we were good. now the bad: they have to do a better job to explain the menu to new customers, eating was mediocrely best, they somehow managed to burn half of our proteins and not even considering replacing it or just leaving as we cook those who cook it on the plate for them. a disappointing meal for a disappointing price of over $50, as we have ordered an appetizer. if they like to pay for disappointment, I suggest this place urgently.
