Bacon wrapped meatloaf was dry and tasteless and the schnitzel was the same. I figured meatloaf was a good choice, hard to screw it up, especially wrapped in bacon. From the appetizer to dessert, brunch was decadent and delicious! Brioche toast with crabcake and poached egg, the salmon with bok choy, and of course the wonderful pork schnitzel!
