Not happy. Charged adult high tea price for children, even though they asked for children’s ages beforehand. Tea was weak, almost as if it did not have any leaves in it, just the spices. HT platter broke suddenly (deficient) and crashed on the floor. Staff offered no help, nor a new platter, they seemed to be more worried about the broken platter than the catastrophic customer experience—no new food was being offered or anything. Kind of nice place catering for allergies, but felt like they just wanted to extract maximim amount of money for meager service. EDIT after the reply from BitterSweetz: still far from being convinced from their answer. The handle of the plate broke when we tried to move it . Of course you did not know why it broke, since nobody from the staff cared to ask, nor to help until we basically cleaned up after ourselves. The staff did not ask whether we wanted new sandwiches, unlike the staff falsely claims in their reply. The tea was either old or something else was wrong. We sampled several varieties, lengths, and amount of tea. With two tea connoisseurs in the group, they were not impressed. A point to consider going forward: after something like a broken platter and food all over the floor happens, it is a disaster for the customer experience and special attention should be paid to turn the situation around. Nothing happened and this was the real issue generating a horrific customer experience, not the other details.

Probably my favorite breakfast as a celiac vegetarian in The Hague. Everything is gluten-free and more than that, the bread is baked at home, which is very rare to find. Her almond cappuccino was really delicious and the service was very friendly. It feels like a cozy, tiny place to eat and I enjoy the atmosphere.

Gluten free cakes and no lactose coffee drinks. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Lovely!

We loved it here and will definitely come back. We tried pancakes and chocolate raspberry cake, both were delicious. Coffee was also great. It was a beautiful, cozy atmosphere, the owners were very attentive, hospitable and sweet. The food was so good that I could not disturb taking photos:P This place really did our morning. Can't wait to come back and try other things from the menu!

Great place for a lactose, meat or/and gluten free or vegan high tea. Loved the chocolate raspberry square!
