They were at an event today at Benders Landing. I got some of their pork ribs, sausage, and hand made boudin... The good Lord has given these folks a gift. The ribs were fall off the bone and had a flavor that only someone who loves what they do can bring to life. If you ever get a chance to have some of their BBQ, do not pass that opportunity up. 10 stars.

Ribs, Jerk chicken, Brisket and Sausage were spot on! Now when it came to the Mac and cheese, alfredo pasta and green beans they were lacking flavor. But if they added a little something extra it would be amazing. Overall 8.5

Trail Boss was at our apartment complex and just smelling it made us crave some! We are so happy we decided to try it out because WOW… my husband and I had THE BEST brisket and chopped beef hands down! The smothered potatoes, green beans and Mac cheese we got as sides were also amazing. The owners were super friendly too and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. The food truck came to the school I teach at today. I had the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. It was amazing. The mac and cheese had my eyes rolling in the back of my head every time I took a bite. It tasted smokey, like it had been in the pit, too. So good. I wanted to go back out and thank the two gentlemen (great, friendly service, by the way) but it was already time to pick up my kids from lunch. 5 stars all day for this food. I am definitely hitting them up soon, and so should you!
