Southside Flying Pizza

They got my.oreder wrong.. thought they gave us free cheese sticks .. but i had ordered a cheese steak but they dude didnt even try to fix it.. never again to expensive..

Accidentally placed an order there while drinking in EaDo Monday night, didn 't realized they were closed until after I placed my order. I meant to call Wednesday morning and cancel but forgot. Got a call at 1 o 'clock Wednesday asking if I was coming to get it and I said I was sorry but no and explained how I thought I was placing the order for Monday night and before I could finish the guy on the phone was like Wow ok it was $46!!! and hung up. LITERALLY had to call back on a DIFFERENT number to get them to answer to explain I don 't mind paying as it was MY mistake but told him he didn 't have to be RUDE about it. Left a horrible taste in my mouth... Your online platform should allow you to cancel orders if the staff is going to act like that over mistakes....... Anyway paid the $46 over the phone.. Never have been and never will go now. :

Got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and it was good and very fairly priced. But what was really amazing was the customer service! Haven’t had customer service this great in such a long time.

Everything is HUGE and excellent. We ordered the pepperoni rolls and 2 giant slices, it was for 2 people and we were not able to finish it all. Service was prompt, the bathroom was clean, and both of the people working there were very nice. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Saw everyone at Cidercade eating boxes and boxes of this pizza now I can see why. The crust and bubbling cheese drew me in. Pizza was hot and delicious. Perfect cheesy pull, pepperoni had good flavor. Just passing through Houston but we'll be back for sure.
