Sonic Drive-in

I gave 3 stars because other days I have no problem,but today I pull drive through and ask for root beer floats the guy says there no root beer then I say give me a strawberry shake he answers there's no ice cream so I ask what you guys have he saids nothing.My guess is he doesn't want to work and take orders at all Because there's no way Sonic doesn't have their main source4/4/24

I ordered a strawberry limeade and it tasted horrible so I askd them to make another one and it tasted exactly the same so I asked for a sprite which tasted like it should. Our food took forever and I was the only one their when I ordered my food. Then when we got home, our food was cold, not warm, cold. And I live less than 10min away. I dnt recommend this location its food is horrible and service is worse then the food.

Came at 8:06 on a tuesday waited at drive thru nobody took my order lazy people work

Ordered online and received message that food was ready. Pulled into stall, checked in online but 10 minutes later when food hadn't came, pressed button to speak to someone. They asked what the order was and another 10 minutes later the order came out cold and wrong. Asked for manager and a big guy came out and just started off unfriendly. Said we only paid for 1 onion ring and that's all we were getting unless we paid for another order. Would have been more professional to ask if we'd like a free drink for the troubles. Instead he was very rude and talking over me. 10/27//23 Noon
