Windy River - The Dalles

It's alright . Little dive bar in the Dalles . Just a locals place

Late night decision to try my luck. Windy River was the only location in town still open other than Shari's. Good music, not to large or cowded for Saturday night and Hloween in Monday did inspire a few costumes. Oh and my choice of machine was paying so I walked out with 100 times what I started with. Good place over all will go back

Very cozy, homey place to eat or get a beer or both. They have a pool table and a jukebox you can play tunes on!

Usually real good service nice staff- but unfortunately the staff don’t want to work more than 6 hours a shift .. even if customers are spending .. Some friends and myself were all gambling, we had just got there at about 10:30p, to only get told WE’RE CLOSING!!!!!! We would have been happy to tip to keep her from kicking us out but she wasn’t having it!!

Best service in town! Great food, the homemade soups are delicious! Dietary restrictions: Food is made to order, they accommodate as much as they can.
