Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

The staff at this location genuinely serve their customers with a smile, and I truly appreciate that effort. I highly recommend visiting this particular Tim Hortons; you won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite place to visit. The evening staff always greet me with a smile and often start preparing my tea as soon as they see me. They are very friendly and take the time to ask about my work and how my child is doing. The afternoon supervisor, whose name I can never remember, has the kindest spirit.

This is a classic Canadian cafeteria that offers a wide variety of snack options, and my go-to drink is the French Vanilla cappuccino, which I absolutely love. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick. While the atmosphere isn't the best due to the hustle and bustle of downtown, I still find myself returning regularly.

Fantastic spot for a quick visit, whether you choose to use the drive-thru or walk in!

It’s important to take pride in your work, even in a coffee shop. There were only two customers ahead of me, yet I still waited 40 minutes for my coffee, which was also missing sugar. The staff were rude and inconsiderate. I do want to mention the elderly lady who works there; she has always been polite and wonderful to every customer. However, the new staff—who appear to be Indian or South Asian—have been rude and unprofessional. Again, I don’t care where they come from, but customers deserve to be treated well. After all, we’re the reason they’re there.
