Subway - The Colony

This subway is the most expensive subway I had in the US.

Not attentive in the back) and they always say they are out of everything please put a sign so we don't waist time in asking for whats not available in the menu and being disapointed. Like today no coke, no stake, no chicken, no pizza, no soup, no cookies. I come in with a craving and walk out with a straw , this is a shady Subway and ruins the image and quality of what Subway should be, especially when you have starving picky litte children. No apologies from staff and we say no cheese, we get cheese, you say toasted, we get not toasted this was the upmost disappointment ever and I was left with cranky kids. There is no management on the floor, with the area we are in this really brings it to a low standerd.

When we went here, there were only a couple in front of us. There were 2 black workers, 1 male and female. Both of them were chatting with the people infront of us instead of actually working. The female worker made 2 sandwiches for the people infront of us, and left it there as they went and continued chatting. We waited for a while and eventually left. We had no problem waiting if they were busy or if there was only 1 person working, however they didn’t even acknowledge us. We haven’t really tried the food to say anything about, however we were dissatisfied with the service.

One type of bread, limited sandwich selection, no pizza, several soft drinks selections flat ,no napkins.. obviously zero management involvement. Do yourself a favor go home and make yourself a sandwich!
