The Powell And - Thanet

Eating in the powell was amazing, we visited canterbury for the weekend and found this pub inadvertently. the food and the service were great and to round it off, there were 2 singers in the bar that were so overall a great, pleasant day. we will definitely be back at our next visit

Really enjoyed afternoon tea for 6 people hot drinks were refillable and we had a lot! many sandwichs, sausage rolls, scones, cakes etc. brought loads to home! great value only cost £12 for 2 people. they would be highly recommended and the personal was also great!

The first time we're here tonight and had the most amazing roast. friendly, efficient staff and the Christmas tree saw stunning perfect ornament placement by another ocd highly recommended and will defo again

Beautiful staff. fantastic eating. it is the second visit for me. Eating was excellent as before. Generic portions and can not recommend very enough.
