Rosario’s Flying Pizza - Texas City

I thought I would try and give this place a try last night. I called in and ordered a meatball sandwich. The young lady who answered seemed to maybe be training and that was ok I understand everybody has to have a training period. Then I went to the restaurant to pick up my food and all I can say is that they had the worse potty mouths and I cuss a lot myself so I'm just saying. I don't do it at work and certainly not in front of any customers. They were effing this and effing that, so I pay for my food and go home. The sandwich was not great I ate one meatball then they also give you a serving of I guess, red or new potatoes that are soggy and oily with marinara sauce? Anyway...not going back again.

We went in to have a meal but left shortly after arriving. The TV was playing CNN, which we really didn't like, so we decided to leave without eating. Despite this experience, I’ll give the restaurant a 5-star rating to support the business. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t eat there, but the atmosphere wasn't great for conversation.

So far, we've tried several dishes, and we had no complaints; all the staff members were friendly and attentive. They also have a fresh salad bar, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, creating a comfortable environment. One thing to note is that the location is somewhat tucked away in a small strip center behind other buildings, so we had no idea it was there until we decided to try something new. We're really glad we did! They also offer delivery during the pandemic, which is a great option.

I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and have been on the hunt for an Italian restaurant that serves the perfect pizza. This place not only met my expectations but exceeded them! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and my mother ordered a calzone that was definitely worth every penny. My grandmother enjoyed the lasagna, which was spot on. To top it all off, when we called ahead, the waitress was incredibly sweet and polite. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Italian place in a strip-mask. food was good, service well also. platz could definitely use a thorough cleaning and frighten up! a visit worth if they enjoy italian and don't want a chain.
