Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Texarkana

I visited the restaurant 30 minutes ago and ordered a three-piece chicken strip meal that came with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the biscuit was so hard that I couldn't eat it, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for too long, making it difficult to enjoy. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered the 12-piece bucket combo, which was supposed to be crispy. The sign said I could choose any 3 large sides, but the staff member informed me that I could only get 2 large mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I really enjoy their coleslaw, so I went with it. However, when I got home, I found out they had given me the wrong order—an 8-piece instead, along with one large mashed potato and mac and cheese. I tried calling to sort it out, but no one answered. The chicken was overcooked, and the mac and cheese was dry. The only thing that tasted good was the gravy, but I'm mostly frustrated that I paid for the 12-piece and didn’t receive it. It wasn't worth the trip to go back, and they've lost my business.

The chicken was absolutely delightful—crispy and delicious! A big thank you to everyone for doing such a great job. KFC really knows how to keep the flavor coming! The staff were quick and friendly, making the experience even better!

The chicken was fresh, and while the potatoes seemed like instant ones, they were fine. The coleslaw was excellent, and the mac and cheese was very good – I just wanted more of it! I also wish it came with extra cookies and honey butter. The service was very good as well. I found the tea and Sprite containers to be convenient and easy to use. I would have given them 5 stars if the potatoes were made from scratch, and by the way, they were basically just French fries.

The hot wings are fantastic! They have just the right amount of spices and are always fresh.
