Ihop - Terrell

I have gone to this IHOP twice with the same result. Poor service, apathy from the wait staff, cold food that tastes as bad as it looks, messed up orders, and a very cold and sterile atmosphere. This happened both times...great business model. I love IHOP and have always enjoyed eating there when I am on the road, but this one is the pits and gives IHOP a bad image. I will never eat there again!

We were there with a bit more than twenty people, the waitress, Tiffany, kept us in everything we needed. The food was hot, and I have to say, the Ihop in Terrell is a great place to eat. Their menu has any kind of food you might want to eat.

This was without a doubt the worse experience I have ever seen. Food was cold, service slow and the manager could care less. They charged me $17.82 for iced tea and cold food. I could not eat any of it. STAY AWAY from this one.
