Ihop - Terrell

I've visited this IHOP twice, and both times I've had the same disappointing experience. The service was lacking, with the waitstaff appearing indifferent. The food was not only cold but also tasted unappetizing. To make matters worse, my orders were messed up, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. It's unfortunate that this location has such a poor business model. I’ve always enjoyed IHOP while traveling, but this particular restaurant has left a bad impression and tarnishes the IHOP name. I've decided I won't be returning!

We dined there with over twenty people, and our waitress, Tiffany, ensured we had everything we needed. The food was served hot, and I can honestly say that the IHOP in Terrell is a fantastic place to eat. Their menu offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had. The food was cold, the service was slow, and the manager seemed indifferent. I was charged $17.82 for iced tea and cold food, none of which I could eat. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.
