Bidra med feedbackI was a big fan of Chicken Express in the last two cities I lived in. But the ones in Terrell Texas, not so much. The journey through waiting times is really scary. If there are only two cars in line, chicken strips should not be 20 minutes. Yes, I did, and it happened several times. As soon as you get into the window, there is a sign that sneaks customers over the disregard of employees. You have decided to work to serve you instead of sitting at home Seriously, it is bold and caps over what not its TOLERATED. What is this about? So, you can be disrespectful for your paying customers, but don't dare you, the people you're waiting for. Here's a business tip. If you can't get people to work, RAISE YOUR WAGES. You should be able to afford this as menu prices have increased significantly in the last 18 months. I never thought I'd pay $16 for chicken strips, one side and ice tea. This used to be a $10 meal. If you happen to see the owner working (he will be in simple clothes) then you will get your food in a very reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, go on. Braum 's over the street is well occupied with very nice people.
It took more than twenty minutes to get up to the car to get my food on the window with just one car in front of me. I just ordered a simple 4-piece chicken dinner, and the guys before me weren't really that big. Then the guy in the window didn't even finish and ask, what did you say? I had to wait longer, not be back!
I was totally disappointed with the food here. My toddler was begging for Mac and cheese, so I stopped here to get them. I ordered a snack pack and let you say it was a total waste of my money. The Mac and the cheese smelled terrible and tasted old. My daughter took a bite and said it was disgusting that there was a funny smell, plus there was a kind of brown sticker on the inside of my container. The chicken wasn't better. I don't know what it was, but O took a bite of chicken and Mac and cheese and had a terrible taste in my mouth for at least 15 minutes. I didn't have Chicken Express in a few years and I'm sure it'll be a few more years before I try again. The young man who worked the drive thru was friendly and helpful.
It was the worst thing I ever had that child must stay from the phone that they gave up my stuff, then said o there will be more 8mimutes why not you know that you will be short when I placed my order, then there was no tea I no longer wanted to stay there to wait. I can see why you are trying to rent people
The owner is a very cocky older white man who offers far less than exceptional customer service. After getting home with my food and seeing that for the THIRD time I did not receive a side order I PAID for, I called the store. I calmly explained my frustrations to the woman who answered because 3 times of driving all the way home to see I had been shortened on something I paid money for finally made me upset enough to call and kindly request a solution. The lady was very understanding and offered me a free combo meal the next time I came up there and even took my name down which I think is an amazing solution considering $4 times 3 equals about the price of a combo meal. I went to the location today and asked for the lady but she wasn?t there so I got the very arrogant owner who explained they only replace food if I bring back the incorrect item back. Not only is this a waste of gas which is almost $5 a gallon, but how can I bring back an item I never received. After explaining all of that to the owner he offered me one single order of the side item to make up for all this BS. Moral of the story is don?t give money to this man. He?s greedy and doesn?t care if he rips off customers. The restaurant almost always messes up the order except for those two older women who are very nice. Also the restaurant literally always smells bad so I imagine it?s not very cleanly.
