Restaurant Grizzly's Pasta Grill

Great Filet Mignon and pasta. Always had good recommendations from the staff and great service. They have amazing Sangria and good desserts. The music is a bit loud but that is to expect from a resto-bar

I've been a few times to this place and service and food are always excellent. We've went with family last time and had different meals. All were very tasty (a bit too salty for us) and service was excellent. Portions are very generous. In fact, we left with take home portion most of the time. Strongly recommend the Terrebonne restaurant. As for the one in Rosemere, never been there so I can't compare.

Had been there a few years back and it was decent. Decided to go back and it appears they did a renovation....lighting was dim, lots of dark wood, dark ceiling, waitresses all dressed in black....had to whip out a flashlight to be able to read the menu. Started off on the wrong note when the hostess told us they were unable to serve any alcohol for 72 hours due to issue with the liquor license. There was a party going on in the corner, but other that that no more than 4 tables were occupied. We had chicken supreme..a chicken breast stuffed with red peppers, and my wife the filet mignon....both plates came with rice that was dry and felt it was reheated from the day before, as well as a sauce that smothered the meat...just too much going on in the plate at the same time. Service was mediocre, some waitresses were sitting at the bar, texting on their phones, chatting it up with some friends who walked in, and eating some sushi which they picked up at restaurant next door! I guess they know the food is better next door. Oh well, tried it...another one to cross off our list.

I am writing this under the Terrebonne location but I visited the Rosemere location. They are not yet on Tripadvisor. I waited 15 minutes sitting at the bar when it was absolutely dead before someone asked me if I wanted a drink. There were three guys sitting next to me that were chatting up the 3 bartenders/manager and buying them drinks. Drinking on the job is absolutely unprofessional !!! I was never offered a menu. I sat with an empty drink and no one asked if I wanted another. I had to drag them away from their socializing to get another. Absolutely horrible service. Wish I could have rated the food ... But no one offered me a menu.

Though the food is....alright....the service is absolutely terrible...2 hour wait for meal. Other customers came and went before we were served main course!! After 2 members of our group complained, both to the waitress and manager, the end result was the manager making a lot of excuses, and just spreading his hands saying, sorry, I wish you a good night!! With attitudes like this, good food or not, we will never return or recommend this place!
