Mcdonald's - Terrace

I would recommend avoiding this location and saving your money. I ordered a chicken burger, but the chicken patty was far from fresh. Additionally, the staff weren't wearing gloves or hair nets, which was really off-putting. It left me feeling quite disgusted.

The staff seems too preoccupied with chatting among themselves. One waitress even walked away in the middle of preparing our coffees. The tables are consistently dirty, and when we asked someone to clean one for us, they gave us dirty looks and whispered to their coworkers in another language, as if instructing them to wipe tables. Then they took their time getting to it. Additionally, the food is often stale; yesterday, I received a muffin that tasted old and was quite hard.

I just saw an employee who handled my food leave the bathroom without washing her hands. That's really unacceptable.

It's usually pretty fast. There sometimes are communication issues between what you order and what you get, and very often they forget to give you a straw. Today my fries were horribly undercooked, could not eat them. Overall its hit or miss. I will say that staff friendliness has improved a lot in the past couple months.

Dirty tables and sticky floors. The Big Mac was cold but the mayo was hot. Puke.
