Tucked away in the hills, a popular local trattoria with delicious, sumptuous Italian cuisine. No frills just down to earth delight. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was delicious along with the giant grilled steak on the bone. Sometimes, simple is better. The tables on the terrace have a nice breeze and more charming than inside. No view from the terrace just focus on each other and the food. Service was kind and patient.
The restaurant accommodated our last minute reservation for 17 and we had a very pleasant dinner overlooking Rovolon and the vineyards that are used for some amazing local wines. Everyone enjoyed their choices and we thought it was reasonably priced.
What a nice surprise! The trattoria is in a nice setting and we could sit outside. Each plate we took was super delicious, well-prepared, even we choose simple, typical Veneto food: tagliatelle home-made pasta with mushrooms, white polenta with mushrooms, vegetables and a variety of deserts: sorbet which is beautiful, amaretto ice cream with chocolate and apple cake. Everything is to be recommended. It was all simply delicious. The cook is great and attentive. The service is friendly and quick. The setting is very comfortable. An excellent address where I will go back.
The owners' daughter has a degree in Microbiology specializing in food! That makes the place a safe bet! The menu is varied and interesting within Veneto cuisine. Quick efficient service. A charming place for dinner, however, be prepared to make a reservation at the weekend it may be away from the main roads but the popularity is guaranteed.
