Mcdonald's - Temple City

Very bad service! and this McDonald's racist to Asian. On such a hot day, his home doesn't even turn on the air conditioning. It's stuffy and hot inside, and the service attitude is also very poor. There's always no one at the front desk, and a group of people are milling around in the back kitchen. Every other McDonald's store has They give me a lot of ketchup every time, but they only give me one pack. It’s so annoying. Will I go bankrupt if I give me a few more packs of ketchup? I went to the front desk and asked them for ketchup. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for a long time before someone answered me. The attitude was very bad! I wonder if it is racial discrimination!

Waited 15 minutes at the delivery window to be acknowledged. Not a single delivery order brought to the window with two others waiting. I asked and saw the bag with the ticket number was folded up and zero items were added (it was a large order). I was informed that they did not make it due to one of the requested items not being available. Why did it take 15 minutes to be made aware of this issue? Had to cancel delivery customer not happy worst service at a McDonald’s may as well just have robots work the kitchen as it would probably be better communication to people waiting in lobby.

They rarely screw up at this McD's, which is nice. Foods always consistently good. I have encountered more rude employees than usual here though. The parking lot situation is a nightmare, with entitled you-know-what drivers parking in the designated curbside spots. Not to pick up or get food, but to eat inside. The line here always takes longer than you'd expect. I rated higher than my tome belies because my last 2 visits were 4/5 stars.Parking: San Gabriel/Arcadia drivers, which means WATCH OUT. The curbside spots are always taken up by cars misuseing them. If you enter on the side street and park in the rear you'll be better off.
