One particular man at the window—who I suspect is the manager or shift supervisor—is particularly rude. There’s also a short girl who is only about 4 feet tall. I've been meaning to voice my complaints for almost a year but kept hoping things would improve. However, today was the last straw; the man's rudeness felt almost intentional. I'm certain he noticed how upset I was. It's astonishing how they remain in business with this level of service. This has been my experience every time I visit.
