Wendy's - Temple

There is one man in the drive-thru window who I assume is the manager or assistant manager, and he is incredibly disrespectful. There's also a short girl who is only about 4 feet tall. I've wanted to voice my concerns for nearly a year, but I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, today was the breaking point. The man was so rude that it felt intentional. I'm sure he noticed I was upset, and I honestly can't believe they're still in business with this level of service. Every time I go there, it's the same story. They used to have a friendly crew—what happened?

I've been meaning to voice my complaints for almost a year but kept hoping things would improve. However, today was the last straw; the man's rudeness felt almost intentional. I'm certain he noticed how upset I was. It's astonishing how they remain in business with this level of service. This has been my experience every time I visit.
