Pit Stop Bbq - Temple

The eating is exactly what I expected it....Fantastic! I'm looking for a cozy, local restaurant with large grill and they have crossed the bar here in central Texas. that eat tastes like a real southern bbq. beautiful customer service and excellent cook! I am back.

Flavorful and succulent bbq. The 'Big Poppa ' (double meat) sandwich is delicious. The collard greens and red beans rice paired well with it.Very tasty.

Great Brisket and chicken. Mimi serves a very flavorful gumbo also. I like the variety of options/dishes. The kimchi and cucumber salad nicely offsets the spicy BBQ sauce.

Had a brisket sandwich and sausage wrap. It was great. Spicy sauce had a great flavor and the crew had a great attitude. Definitely will be back!

First time here and definitely not my last, hands down the best BBQ I've ever had at a restaurant..and Ms. Kim was the best, so down to earth and definitely puts a lot of love into her food..I will be making the drive from Waco for this..Korean potato salad very different, nonetheless delicious!! Oh and forgot to mention the samples..OMG I'm hooked already!
