La Riv Kitchen - Temple

I recommend la riv. it has definitiw the food and service improved. very recommend the short ribs. the garnel in the garnelen scampi was over boiled (it was gumy,) but it was well seasoned. the service was excellent mandy was one of the best servers/goods we had since our move to Texas five years ago. she is very friendly and very attentive to each of us as customers. also very efficient and willing to hear and learn our essquirks. If you can get mandy on her waitress, you have to have a very pleasant culinary experience.

Eating good, really not bad. I taught them how to make an aperol injection. I suggest having in their menu. ? 3 parts prosecco? 2 parts aperol? 1 splash of seltz or soda or foam mineral water? slices of orange

This restaurant is wonderful. My husband surprised me here last night for a birthday dinner and reserved the biggest table (I think) in the restaurant, but unfortunately a bunch of people got sick and couldn?t make it. Felt super bad for the server, whose name I unfortunately forgot. She was awesome. Absolutely on top of her game, informative, sweet and fun. The restaurant is in a cute little strip that I had never been to before. Definitely not something I would have expected to find in this area. The interior is beautiful and cozy, yet modern. The food is absolutely delicious. We got a charcuterie board, bread, pizza, steak and salmon and ALL of it was on point. I grew up in Europe and in Italy and usually am not impressed by Italian-inspired cuisine in the US, but this place is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be back in the near future.

The food and service was great! It?s pricey but definitely worth it. Drinks were especially good l, haven?t had a gimlet that good in a while. It?s really nice for a date night or just to catch up with friends. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. I will definitely be visiting again.

Eating was good, but not much to choose. dessert was great. the drink selection was great, but they were from the one I wanted to order. the ambiente was too loud for a restaurant for these trips. I wanted to eat an evening, but even if it was slower, the noise didn't seem to settle. the service was pretty slow, but the waiter was excellent. not the high end experience I expected for the cost.
