Bidra med feedbackI placed an online order today, but they called me back to inform me that they had no ribs or brisket available. I requested a refund, but the manager at the location told me he couldn't process it because the chef hadn't approved it. Do managers not have authority? They suggested I email someone to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.
Three meat plate: the portions were small—I only got one rib, which was quite disappointing. I didn't receive the BBQ sauce that I requested, which was supposed to be hot. The creamed spinach was decent, but overall, the flavors were lacking. There are too many great BBQ options out there for me to give this place another try.
Ordered and paid online today, and the loaders refused to give me the order when I arrived in the load. they also refused to pay me money. they want me to ask my credit card company for a refund. can you keep the money at the end?
Just went in there and asked the worker if he knew what the price of the one plate was because it was wiped off on the board and he had no idea and then I had a coupon code and they also said they had no idea how to apply the coupon code and the service was really bad and it seems like the workers there had no idea what was going on and I ended up spending $15 on a sandwich
I have always enjoyed Dicky's. Maybe just location, but horrible food.... Salty, fatty, and dirty.
