Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Tempe

Ordered and paid online today, and the loaders refused to give me the order when I arrived in the load. they also refused to pay me money. they want me to ask my credit card company for a refund. can you keep the money at the end?

Just went in there and asked the worker if he knew what the price of the one plate was because it was wiped off on the board and he had no idea and then I had a coupon code and they also said they had no idea how to apply the coupon code and the service was really bad and it seems like the workers there had no idea what was going on and I ended up spending $15 on a sandwich

Most Grubhub orders are wrong or missing something. Today's order was MISSING BBQ SAUCE. Come on...Really....eating the cold DRY meat with no sauce was not good, to say the least. This location can't seem to fulfill the most basic orders.

I have always enjoyed Dicky's. Maybe just location, but horrible food.... Salty, fatty, and dirty.

I so wanted to love it....but it was really so not great. Granted, I went to high school in Texas, which has arguably the best bbq. But I'm so disappointed. Ugh.
