I don’t know about how the food taste, but I am a Doordasher and I appreciate that at every location the food is always ready on

My family and I love Waba Grill. The food is delicious. A great fast food that’s relatively healthy. I order salmon and chicken teriyaki bowls for my grandkids.I order a side of chicken and veggies for myself because I don’t want the carbs.I went in today and got my usual order and when I got home my side order of teriyaki chicken was only half full and no sauce which I distinctly asked for. I was disappointed.There’s an odor l don’t like so I never eat inside anymore.I always bring it home.

I 'll start by saying I screwed up. I ordered online and something I did had me order from a store too far away from work. I called this store to see if there was ANYTHING we could do to cancel my order or get a refund or credit. Any solution would have been ok. I was quickly told sorry , we have no control with online orders, so we can 't refund . Again, I get this was my mistake but I was hoping for some kind of help in this situation and I wasn 't given it. I go to WaBa Grill once a week, but honestly after this experience I probably will stop. The I can 't help you was just too abrupt and I really felt the message was not our problem . Very disappointing

To the owner of Waba Grill. Your employees seem to not know how to follow instructions. Four times I've been there I ask for my wife's food Waba Grill chicken, brown rice, beef, veggies no sauce. Every time I go home my wife yells at me because I didn't look at the order right . Today they messed up again. They added all beef plus sauce with white rice. I took it back to them and said hey it's wrong I read the instructions again to we read it together second time chicken beef with sauce brown rice. I get the guy's attention and say hey it's messed up again it has that brown sauce my wife hates . he makes it again he's frustrated this time around and it seems to be right. I get home and guess what. My wife now has white rice,chicken ,beef veggies. My wife wanted Brown rice. Oh and in my order I had brown rice and I hate Brown rice. This happened to me for visits I tell my wife and she said the same thing happens to her on her last visit.

Nice option for vegetarians! They have tofu plates and fake beef plates. If you are a fan of the Trader Joe's fake beef strips then you'll like the beef strips here! Really good! I knocked a star off because the fake steak could have been cooked just a bit more. However it was still yummy! The salad was surprisingly good and they are generous with the avocado when you upgrade your plate to include it. The portion is pretty big and I was able to get almost two meals out of one plate. In all, I would go here again. I think next time I'll sub out my orange for more salad!
