Soho Ramen Sake - Temecula

Excellent ramen! The Tonkotsu is delicious. The pork literally melts in your mouth. The chicken karaage appetizer was also good. Great selection of Japanese beers. Not the typical Kirin or Sapporo, I?m talking about the good stuff, actually made inJapan. I?m giving 5 stars (even though they sat sat a family with two young, loud, kids kids next to us when there was plenty ofroom in the restaurant slightly spoiling our dinner).

I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen w/ extra noodles. In my opinion, it?s visually appealing but the taste is average at best. The noodles have the texture of instant ramen noodles and stuck together like they?ve been sitting for 30 minutes. The tonkatsubroth was pretty bland; very subtle light cream taste. Egg was okay, but the chashu I really enjoyed. Maybe it was a one off,the ramen just didn?t hit that day. Besides that, I do enjoy their other foods ????

The prices are reasonable and the service is quick at this restaurant. The space is large and the ramen is decent, although not as impressive as other places I've tried. The sushi is creative and comparable to what you would find at typical sushi restaurants. Overall, it's a good option for a budget-friendly meal with fast service.

I really enjoy the tasty vegan options at this restaurant! My favorite dish is the curry udon.

I absolutely love the vegan bao buns and vegan sushi at this restaurant, they are my top picks. However, the ramen, gyoza, and yakisoba are also incredibly tasty.
