Red House BBQ - Tehachapi

Red House BBQ is our favorite BBQ restaurant and we have eaten in many years. Service and staff are very friendly and take their work seriously. The portions are generous and mouth pouring delicious, smoked to perfection. The Mac n' Cheese is so good that we order additional pages because I don't want to share! The outdoor terrace doubles as a wonderful tribute to the Native American History. Red House BBQ is dog friendly, also so that you don't need to feel bad, leave your pups at home.

Just here again dinner with some friends, and again it was the best experience. Beautiful grill and so much hospitality! The service was so wonderful, and the owners are always so helpful and friendly! I recommend this place for lunch and dinner!

Great place! Great tasting. Very friendly staff! You have an original 1950s juke box with original recordings from which you can choose music I think is very cool! Do not drive through this place without stopping for a bite to eat, otherwise you will miss!

I was impressed when I tried the Cowboy Chili with Brisket. It was delicious. I ordered the Cajun garlic shrimp for $14.99 for a 1/2 lb. (12 shrimps). After I paid, they told me that they ran out of shrimps and could give me only 6 and asked me if I wanted a replacement for something else. I have two pages. One is Cowboy Chili. Very disappointing. There was no brisket in Cowboy Chili. I don't think I'll eat here again.

First time here and this placed impressed me a lot!! Friendly crew, cute atmosphere and the most important tasty food! We took 1/2 feast for 4 people and we all enjoyed it and it was enough. If I would drive through Tehachapi I would definitely visit this cute bbq place again.
