Bidra med feedbackThis is a well-known place where the traditional cuisine of valtellina is deeply celebrated the restaurant is warm and cozy and the eating is delicious and unforgettable attention, as the part is really generous!
Of course a mandatory break with family or friends in the mountains with nature, absorbed in the apple tree. maybe limited choke in the men, but the prices that it is extremely cheap, and the portions it is very large (e.g. clus-clus, pizzoccheri, cake.
In the distance of two years the place remains beautiful, welcoming and very characteristic. but definitiw lost eating a certain taste. it seems that aromen are missing or they were very mild... only a pity if they want to taste the real local dishes. at least .remain one of the good in the opposite.
Pizzocheri were tasteless, and I know her as well as I was born there and she tasted thousands of times. perhaps the local cheese was tasteless, maybe it was mixed with neutral industrial cheese; kohl had not his special taste as well as, as if it were cooked; no sauge at all. in any case I expected more (my last visit there 10 years ago leads to a better experience). I think the place has gone industry' raw food is no longer a quality quality quality quality quality, and who knows, maybe spoil them in very cheap stores (salami was also terrible tasting, and the sciatt’s cheese suffered from the same problem of pizzocheri’s). for the owners is time to made an AUTO-DA-FE and go back to the roots. a good place with reasonable preisen for those who never tasted good pizzocheri or have only turistic references. but if they ever cook some good valtellinese tastes easy to stay or it will spoil their day.
Lovely place, very good food, nice atmosphere ... And most of all you can buy their products (wine, olive oil, etc). I'll definitively return.
