Taco Bell - Tecumseh

The restaurant certainly serves food quickly. I've been there about six times, and only once did my order come out correct on the first try. I'm not sure if there's a communication issue or if some staff taking orders are not very competent. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but honestly, I'd prefer to drive to Shawnee for Taco Bell than return here.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly, and their positive attitudes are truly infectious. My order has always been correct, and I consistently receive my food promptly.

The microphone at the drive-thru is quite difficult to hear. While the staff is friendly and make an effort to get the orders correct, they often struggle to understand the customers. During our last visit, we didn't receive all the items we had paid for. Additionally, the quality of the food and the portion sizes have significantly declined.

Got home with my food realized that my order wasn?t quite right. Called the store and spoke to manager, Hannah. She was so kind and helpful, and offered to make me new items. She handled the situation so well and even remade my items herself. 10/10service, we need more people like Hannah in this world.

I always order online and my food turns out perfect. They'll customize it any way you want. It can be a little wait but it's worth it in my opinion for fresh food. Scrumptious!
