It is always closed when i come here like what?? hello?? what are you doing at 6 30??it’s 6 30 pm and whenever i come here the doors are locked and there is no one inside!! do better like how do you earn money??

Very limited ice cream flavors. The employees are very disinterested in providing good service and it is quite dirty.

Poor customer service. Labels for the ice cream were either mixed up or missing. When asked to confirm the kind it was, the staff did not know and replied I think so. She Did not attempt to make an effort to make sure. She guessed by the color of it and clearly that kind of ice cream was in front of it.Staff isn’t knowledgeable about their position. If you have allergies- Do not go here!!!

Absolutely nasty inside. Garbage everywhere, unorganized supplies. Ice cream labels were all messed up in different spots. Workers don’t even know their own ice cream flavors when asked what flavor it is. Don’t trust it at all.

This place has no employees present and the doors are ALWAYS LOCKED. How am I supposed to enjoy my favorite Baskin-Robbins ice cream when they close early?! Who is responsible for the staff, because they're clearly not doing their job. Please do better next time.
