Bidra med feedbackGreat for taking off. they can also call and order for pick up when they are too busy cooking at home. her klumpiang shanghai is really good!
It would have been a better assessment if the staff had a better service. her approach is not so inviting, especially her cash that untidy looked out and even (from me) picked up her nase while they and colleagues had a loud chat on the theke. not to mention that it took almost minen. to complete my order./here are my assessments for the food I have tried: /pancit canton with lechon and leber the good thing is that they have a choice if they want a dry stir fried or saucy. I'm not a canton fan and what has led me to try this is because of the good reviews here an actual thing that it was saucy for which the only time I can eat so. it tasted quite normal. I expected fat lechon with crispy brown skin, but what I had on this teller is lean meat. when they go for it, they try to consume it while it is hot, as the thick sauce will runny when it gets cold. in any case, the price of pesos and portion size is appropriate. it can be good for person.Lumpiang shanghai I am glad that I have trusted the good reviews from here. I wasn't disappointed at all. it was delicious. this costs pesos for pcs.
I give a 3.5 rating because i give it a 4 for food and service and 3 for deliveries. Their place is clean but nothing spectacular. Which is ok for their price point. Service for dining is a bit slow but is fast compared to their delivery. The photos i have here is for the delivery we got today. We ordered our most favorite lumpiang shanghai and lomi. We also ordered shanghai rice. The price compared to the serving is always worth it. Their Lumpiang Shanghai, what we like about it is that it is not your typical restaurant lumpia where you say "sa unang kagat, wrapper lahat"*. Lol.. Their lumpia is made with enough stuffing and fried to perfection. And is seasoned well too. What thay do need to improve on is the amount of sauce that goes with it. As you can see on the photo, you get 12 pieces of these yummy stuff but the sauce looks like you only have 3. They go well together. And with that amount of sauce they're serving, it's really bitin.** Their take on Lomi is different too. Don't expect the soupy lomi you usually get everywhere. Theirs is noodles with eggy sauce. We ordered one with lechon toppings. The lechon is barely there, and seemed more like just sauteed pork rather than lechon. There are enough veggies which i like. It comes with calamansi but there's really no need for it as it is seasoned well. Shanghai Rice. It's a bit bland for my liking. Not really the shanghai rice you'll enjoy eating on its own. But it's still good. What i didn't like about this place is what happened to the delivery earlier today. Our order came almost an hour since we made the call. We called them. Then we called a gas delivery whoch onformed us that it may arrive after 30mins or more because they have to deliver somewhere else first, which is ok with us. Well, the gas came, but our food haven't so we called Pon Lo Tai again and the lady seemed surprised. Like they forgot about it. But she said the rider is about to leave. Then about 20mins after, the food came. Our place is just around 5mins away. And when the rider came, he said he apologize for the delay because they have a lot of deliveries to make. I wish they informed us that when we first called, that we will be getting our food in an hour. Other than that, it still is a nice place to eat or get food at. For my English readers: *all wrapper on your first bite **not enough

A total disaster. We had friends invited for lunch and we ordered our usual dine in food. First, our canton and bihon with lechon order came in as canton with no lechon at all. Second buttered chicken, came in as sweet and sour chicken. Called in, and the guy who took our order kept on pointing fingers on who to blame. Everyone is hungry, and all they can say was for us to wait for freaking 45 minutes more. Funny part was that they were also trying to explain that, that was the way their "buttered chicken" was supposed to look like.. Like what? Its supposed to have like chili and distinct sour taste? C'mon! Stop making excuses and own up!
