Moe's Southwest Grill - Taylors

Have eaten at some different moes. This particular situation was the worst thing I had eaten. A large bowl with steak ordered. The rice was dry, the caso was watered and the Zilantro was brown and spoiled. I couldn't eat, threw over half the plate away.

Worst place. The staff has no idea. Why should you buy a bowl of Queso and NOT contain chips in your order?

The place was very dirty. The grill looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. I ordered a quesadilla and when she flipped it on the grill, all of the toppings fell out. She didn't give me back the toppings, she just left it there and my quesadilla was flat as a pancake. She also cut it with the spatula and not the pizza roller. It was really drippy and she stacked it on top of eachother. It was very hard to eat and the queso cheese was also cold and chunky.

The food was subpar and bland. OK customer service. The guy who made our burritos was nice, but the girl ringing us up was rude and very condescending. 1/10 WILL NOT BE BACK.

I 've had Moe 's a couple times and in varying states, it 's usually the same quality level of 'awesome ' that most people have come to enjoy, it 's not terribly expensive and the amount of food you get in return is as delicious as it is filling. The food here is no exception, we picked the base dish we wanted, then the extras that topped it off to our delight, the queso dip if you haven 't tried it is astoundingly awesome and compliments each dish well, you also get free chips and your choice of salsa at a mini-salsa bar! I 've noticed other reviews had a horrible time with the staff, we didn 't necessarily encounter such a problem, but from overhearing snarky comments about past customers before us from staff chit chatting away behind the cashier, I could see how some of the kids could potentially be a problem. So in that regard, you lose a star based off the merit that you couldn 't keep your personal issues off the floor, other than that the place has a nice faster paced atmosphere and the food is delicious, if you happen to be hungry and in the mood for burritos, or nachos, i 'd recommend this place over Chipotle.
