Bidra med feedbackI’ve seen some other reviews mention issues with the staff, but we didn’t experience that directly. However, I did overhear some unprofessional comments about previous customers while the staff chatted behind the cashier, which could be off-putting. For that reason, I would deduct a star because it seems they can't keep their personal issues out of the customer experience. Overall, the atmosphere is lively, the food is excellent, and if you're in the mood for burritos or nachos, I would definitely recommend Moe's over Chipotle.
I received a wonderfully packed box with a generous portion of brown rice. The customer service was outstanding, and there were plenty of vegetable options available for vegans. For under $8, I enjoyed a substantial amount of high-quality food.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've eaten here many times and usually enjoyed the food, but during my latest visit on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, I ordered the steak stack, which was tough and difficult to chew. An hour later, I felt nauseous, and I've been feeling unwell ever since. I'm very disappointed after spending my money here and having this experience. I won't be coming back.
This restaurant used to be fantastic, but sadly, it has declined lately. The staff appears to be overwhelmed and often has trouble managing orders. The quality of the food has noticeably diminished as well. More often than not, the tables and salsa bar are not clean. During my last visit, I waited so long for my meal that my son had already finished his food. I used to really enjoy Moe's, but now I’m looking forward to the opening of Chipotle in Greer.
The restaurant was incredibly busy on Saturday night! The line was quite long, but the staff was clearly working hard to keep things moving, even with only three people on duty. They seemed a bit overwhelmed, yet they all remained very friendly. I hadn’t been to a Moe’s in a while and noticed they have replaced the quirky names for the menu items with standard terms like Burrito and Taco, instead of the clever names they used to have. Also, what’s with the paper cups? The plastic ones were definitely larger and sturdier than these paper ones!
