Chick-fil-a - Taylors

It was very pleasant. I ordered the Cobb Salad it was a very generous part and was very full, everyone I enjoyed with the food. The service was in place with other locations, with our party checked twice for refills. I also made a trip to the laundry room that was clean and cozy. Overall good experience, and is similar to other Chick-fil-A companies. ?

I want to start off by saying I have never had a bad experience at any chick fil a location but this particular store on wade Hampton in Taylor?s sc is horrible. last night I went and ordered 2 12 count nugget meals and when I got my food the fries were drenched in peanut oil and were disgusting I couldn?t even eat them and 1 of the meals I got 8 nuggets with two tenders instead of the 12 nuggets! The drinks were watered down and it was a overall really bad experience. So fast forward today I called and talked to the manager and she was really nice and told me to come up to the store whenever I had time to get a full refund ! Once I got to the store the lady that I talked to on the phone had said that her manager said no she cannot refund me money and that she can make it over and when I told her what the other manager told me on the phone she refunded me for 1 one of the meals and told me that she will not refund me for the other ! I was really upset about this because I?ve been eating at chick fil a for 20 years and this location made me not even want to eat chick fil a any longer ! Please be aware of this if you can just drive to any other location but this one !

I'm giving it 5 stars even though they have messed up my order several times. But it was mostly little things like not putting ketchup or sauces in the bag. I think twice they messed up the food but I eat here a lot so a few mess up is understandable. And as always the staff is always very nice and friendly. And the service is very fast. Only takes a couple minutes for when you enter the parking lot to when you get your food. That's why I gave it 5 stars.

Me and the wife go to Chick-fil-A almost everyday, the service is pretty quick and the people are always nice. But everytime I get a large fry I realize a pattern, it?s never even filled up the whole way. I could have got a medium fry with the same amount as what I just got. It?s not much of a price difference but I?d expect Chick-fil-A to put out what there advertising.

You can dine in in now. All the tables minus one in the entrance is available for seating. The playground was open as well. No one is required to wear masks except for the workers. Icecream can now be served in cones! Everything was very clean, fresh food, and workers were attentive. They've updated a few things too. So glad to dine in again!!
