I really appreciate that they have a staff member outside ensuring your order is accurate and bringing the food directly to your car instead of just handing it through a window. Their customer service is excellent. Plus, the milkshake was fantastic. They definitely deserve my highest recommendation.
Chick-fil-A is consistently a dependable choice. I recently visited the drive-thru to pick up a peach milkshake for my daughter, and I was really impressed by their service. They have an employee outside to confirm orders, and instead of just handing the food through the window, they bring it right to your car. The service is exceptional, and the milkshake was incredibly tasty. They truly deserve all my compliments!
Today, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who was very polite and let me know that I could come in for a full refund at my convenience. However, when I arrived, the employee I spoke to on the phone informed me that her manager had chosen not to issue a refund and could only offer to replace my meal. After I explained what the other manager had told me, she agreed to refund one meal but refused to refund the other. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for 20 years. This experience has made me hesitant to return to Chick-fil-A in the future. I would recommend visiting a different location instead of this one!
I ordered a large takeout for 11 people, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes! Everything was spot on, including the seasoning. The service was fantastic, and the quality of the food was remarkable.
I will actively avoid this location in the future. I understand they might have been busy, but my order has consistently taken an unreasonably long time. It’s only for two people, a relatively small order of just two meals. After several visits, I eventually asked about the delays. Even though I usually place my order through the app beforehand, I still find myself waiting while drive-thru customers are being served. One employee said the delay was due to a large order, even though I saw other customers receiving multiple bags. Another staff member mentioned the hold-up was because of the fried chicken filet, which is a regular menu item. It seems they prioritize drive-thru customers over those dining in. They marked my order as complete and gave me my drinks, yet I still waited a long time before finally getting my food. To top it off, my order was incorrect. While I typically enjoy Chick-fil-A, my experiences at the Taylors location have been disappointing. From now on, I will be opting for the Laurens Road location instead.
