The woman who assisted us was extremely friendly and quick! The customer service was excellent. However, the temperature inside the restaurant was very hot! She seemed overheated and we were unable to stay inside to enjoy our ice cream at the tables because of the heat. Please turn on the air conditioning inside an ice cream shop during this oppressive heat!

The staff member was quick, effective, and welcoming. The restaurant was also well-maintained and tidy.

There is never a bad time for ice cream, as you can never go wrong with it. However, if you go to this place later in the evening, they are more likely to be out of popular toppings like Reese's Cups, Oreos, marshmallow fluff, nuts, sprinkles, banana, caramel, and chocolate chips. I visited around 7pm and was disappointed to find they were out of those toppings. Despite this, I still enjoyed a sundae with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce, which was similar but not exactly what I wanted. Just something to keep in mind before making a trip to this place.

24 hours? that's lying. I arrived at 10 o'clock and the worker told me they were closed. for this they get 1 star.
