Bidra med feedbackI went through my order carefully at the drive-thru and checked it three times. When I received it, the order was wrong. I had to wait ages for the replacement which was cold. The manager had no customer service skills.
Absolutely shocking, the whole team didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. This included the lady who I guess was a manager in a floral top no hair net. Numerous amounts of incorrect orders given out. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru because no on seemed to know that you park cars here to be told at the payment window my order had declined. I then had to come into store where my card only needed the pin putting in did I have to wait a further 20 minutes making us late to our birthday party in Bristol. Surely I should have been told at the 1st window the payment hasn't been accepted so I could put my pin in. Food was cold and it was dreadful. Absolutely shocking service from the team working today. Maybe management should take a visit Minehead McDonald's where the food is actually served hot and by staff that actually know what's going on!!!!
Great hot food which was of excellent quality. Denise was really helpful with placing my order on the kiosk. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. I needed to ask a member of staff a question about my order to which he just turned away and rolled his eyes. When I apologised for bothering him he replied 'it 's been a long day ' considering had just driven 500 miles from Scotland I felt compelled to reply for me too without any apology from him he answered my question then walked away. This is the last time I will call here.
Daniele Gill the manager at Taunton was great; she was very festive and just upped our mood during a stressful time. We were collecting something after we weren’t given our Galaxy Caramel Pies the previous day. Lovely manager!
