I have been to this restaurant before and the food was ok. Unfortunately this time when I went they would not allow me in with my service dog. I told them that is not legal and they still did not allow us inLater my wife called the restaurant to speak to the manager who told her an emotional support dog is not a service dog. So my mental disability does not matter as much as a physical disability.The woman who did not allow us into the restaurant also had lied to the manager and said that our dog was out of control.Our dog is well behaved and trained and her rudeness and lies are unacceptable.Please do not eat here as these people are discriminatory, liars, and do not follow California law

The family chicken deal is well worth it. El pollo brasero está delicioso. Love their specialty green and yellow sauce.

Food is great without a doubt. Vey original and delicious flavor. Customer service, one of the worst. Waitresses and servers do no know how to treat customers. It is 1pm on Sunday and they only have to 2 servers!!! Phone is nonstop and no one is answering it. To the owner of this restaurant: please have 3-4 serves on the weekends (Sat-Sun) open to close. You are losing a lot of money and a lots of customers. While I was waiting to be seated I heard the phone ringing for at least 30 times and 5 customers walked away. Not mentioning there were at least 8 tables opened ready to be seated. Like I said food is delicious!!! Customer service could be improved by a lot!!!!Thank you and good luck!!!
