Bidra med feedbackOur last morning in Tapachula we found the perfect breakfast place. Good coffee and excellent breakfast. Very delicious, carefully presented on the plates and simply enough. Would return in a heartbeat!
Good coffee and chocolate milk. We stopped here to cool lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shopping in the eclectic gift shop on the street.
The café is small, only three small tables. It was pouring rain and so we hid into this little café and to warm up something, my wife ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a hot chai. The hot chocolate was made from Chiapas cocoa and was amazingly delicious after my wife. I'm especially about Chai tea and I found it one of the best I ever had. There is also food on the menu; so I ordered a savory crepe described on the menu as Crepas Poblanas rellenas de rajas con crema y elotitos dulces, banada con crema de chipilin. Basically, it was a crepe with a cream sauce that had added as taste a local plant that had an amazing taste to the crepe. My wife tried it and we both spoke the court as a dazzling and disgusting. The atmosphere was peaceful, the decorations were tasteful and interesting. The owner was very friendly and was able to understand our poor Spanish and spoke pretty good English. Would I go back there? I want to live there in her café.
