Colonial Kitchen Coffee Lounge

The pancakes are delicious and the coffee is the best in Tamworth. I'm convinced my partner is fibbing when he claims his eggs are better. I've never heard him exclaim "damn" so frequently. The staff was fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, the experience was impressive.

When visiting the Northlands, the staff at this restaurant are very helpful and they serve delicious coffee. I highly recommend trying their vanilla disk dessert. The location is convenient and there is parking available on site.

Today when we visited Tamworth, we decided to have coffee at a local restaurant after an early breakfast at home. My partner ordered avocado toast and I had pancakes. The food was delicious and satisfying, especially since we have been cautious about being in public due to the virus.

After the calvalcade the place was very busy and the employee/manager does not seem to cope with the pressure. saw 1p older herr waited over half an hour after the order for a take drink before one of the workers asked if he was in order. our cakes. came out fast enough, but our drinks, a thick shaker and coffee, came a few minutes apart. not good for a first impression. in a quieter time it can be better

Great place to sit down for lunch when you have time. Good well made sandwiches. Reasonably prompt for order taking. Very slow on preparation of food however with only a moderate level of business. Do not recommend for take away and definitely not the place...to go if you are in a hurry. Would also prefer not to be called Honey by service staff and especially by one so young.
