Eilinen asiakaspalvelu oli aika kummallista. Ymmärsin kyllä turhautumisen. Klo 18.04 oli ovet vielä täysin auki astuin jonoon ja myyjä sanoi et ”me ollaa menossa kiinni” ja kysyin onko mahdollista saada kahvi viel mukaan? Ilmeisesti myyjä ei uskaltanut sanoa että ”et sillä joudun nyt sulkemaan”. Tilasin kahvin jonka jälkeen alkoi passiivisagresiivinen käytös tavaroiden nakkelimisella. Yms. Meinasin sanoa että jos otti niin tunnon päälle niin voin mennä muuallekin. Pahoittelut myöhäisestä tilauksesta, ensi kerralla kannattaa olla suorempi. : Yesterday 's customer service was quite strange. I did understand the frustration. Arnolds offers some of, if not the best, doughnuts around here. While I have little interest in their more exotic offers, like salty licorice doughnuts, I very much enjoy the chocolate or classic pomada ones. It's a little on the pricier side, but they do offer discounts for buying in bulk, which is nice.
