Smashburger - Tampa

The business has been closed for some time. Maybe have tried to reopen a few buttons before, but it seems to have lived briefly.

First time in smashburger and bad experience. arrived at 18:35 clock and was said that I only have 5 minutes because they close, although the hours on google says 8 pm. audra, the cashier rushed me to order without even letting me read the menu. 3 min later I have a burger who looks like that cost $10. ridiculous. no more smashburger for me.

This place is really on the hill. I used to get the best brisketburger here. now you don't even get brisket on the burger when you order one (because they forget to make it right, the fries are cold as if they have been sitting for half an hour, the burgerpatty is incredibly small and doesn't even cover the bungalow, and this is waiting for their order after 25 minutes because only 3 people work in the entire restaurant. not sure what happened to this place, but recently, when I got in, no one working the front counter is ever. sad to see such a good place, they go into the booze.

This place is a catastrophe. I tried twice now to eat here as crazy as that sounds. I'm not trying a third time. the first time online ordered approx. 5 o'clock on Sunday, only 30 minutes later when I drove there, say they closed at 5 for personal questions. good that I get that. grubhub tried tonight and the driver has failed to tell him that someone took him before he came there. he told the restaurant and asked them to harvest two burgers and pommes after the order. they refused? What are you doing over there? I'll call her and they won't even answer the phone. they simply close when they do not want to serve customers! unbelievable.

Burger was cooked to perfection but not dry at all. The staff were all very polite and accommodating! Great job!
