New York New York Pizza - Tampa

They're human, they made a mistake on our order, but they made it right! The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes but how they handle mistakes when they happen. This place is top notch in my books and they'll be seeing us again. Good pizza. My fave was their white pizza, then the margherita. The pineapple and cheese were a tad too salty for my liking. Don't plan on dining-in, all the tables are outside. Prices were very reasonable, place was clean,staff were friendly. This place has great management!!

I've eaten a lot of pizza however this place is by far consistently the best pizza place in Tampa. From the undercarriage of the pizza to the crisp of the crust which is light and soft but hard and chewy at the same time, the cheese and the light tomato sauce compliments it so well omg 10/10 I rate this pizza joint 9.3 if you choose to reheat your pizza when you get home don't worry it taste equally the same which tells you how the ingredients are so homemade.

My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana sub and found it to be extremely dry. I went for the stuffed shells, but there were only three shells, and there was way too much cheese, making it difficult to eat. Honestly, I don't think that's worth $16 for mostly cheese—Walmart does a better job. The pizza we ordered was okay, but sadly, the fries and mac and cheese bites were the only decent items. I certainly wouldn’t spend $100 here again.

My cousin ordered from this restaurant and was informed that delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. However, she ended up waiting 2 hours for a cold pizza and lukewarm soda. They even had the audacity to claim it was freshly made, but the cheese was not stringy at all. The delivery driver mentioned he had several deliveries before arriving at her place. When she called the restaurant to address the issue, they did offer a discount.

I have been enjoying NY NY Pizza for over 7 years now, whether dining in or ordering for delivery. I've always liked it, and the delivery usually arrives within the 45-minute window. The prices are reasonable, and the pizza has consistently been good. However, I ordered a large cheese pizza last night, and unfortunately, it arrived cold. It was also burnt on the bottom, which made it taste quite dry. I'm disappointed to say that last night's dinner did not meet my expectations. Sorry, guys!
